Procedures and the terms of payments for our services
With new clients we request 50% or 100% prepayment. Regular clients (those with whom we have worked before) will receive a translation first, and then pay for our services. In some cases we can offer installment payments. There could be a possible discount if we translate a large number of documents. We offer a discount to clients who refer us to their friends, families, and colleagues.
Payment options for our services:
- bank transfer
- transfer between bank cards
- payment via Paypal
- payment through the Western Union, Money Gram
- payment in cash upon visiting our office
- in any other legal way, convenient for our clients.
We prepare an invoice for each order. The invoice will show: 1) the type of service required, 2) which documents are to be translated, 3) the price of the order, 4) the postage costs (if any). We make a note on the invoice if the client pays in cash. Please note: we do not issue cash receipts!
